I remember seeing people talk about a device a while back and couldn't find it on search. But i feel bluetooth streaming weakens the song and bass isn't as strong. Will that bluetooth device be as good as an AUX cable

Tune2air is popular and I liked it when I had it. I've upgraded to 3G+ mmi and don't use it anymore though.

The iphone 7 will come with a lightning-3.5mm connector so I'd just use that... but make sure your battery's charged because you won't be able to charge it and listen to music at the same time. If you still want to go down the BT road, I use this with fantastic results. Just make sure to get the hardwire kit if you don't have MMI.

Or you can have a lot more choice in the matter by buying an android-powered phone, but I know a lot of people aren't open to that for whatever reason.

You are wrong, from the apple page

    http://www.apple.com/iphone-7/

    EarPods. With a Lightning connector.
iPhone 7 comes with EarPods that have a Lightning connector. But if you still want to listen through your old headphones, you can plug them in using a 3.5 mm headphone jack adapter, also included.

3G+ mmi upgrade can be done for less than the cost of a new iPhone lol.

Yea I know this. I'm saying so I can listen to music via car and charge at the same time.

Right here in AUdizine there is a thread or two. Just did mine last month. Look in the S4 forum I think. Not sure if the link below will work for you.

The difference between 6s and 7 is so minimal why not just stick with 6s.

My vehicle didn't come with any AMI cables besides the 30-pin connector for the older generation iDevices. I ended up purchasing a 30-pin to Lightning connector from BestBuy which worked. It's the extra long one which is a blessing for playing music. It's long enough to hang out the glove and still reach my stand. You won't be able to hold the phone though which sucks. Hopefully that helps since the iPhone 7 still has a Lightning connector. Tune2Air is expensive but would work better.

Same scenario but the apple connector didn't work for me :/ I bought a chord from China that turned the 30 pin into an 3.5m but the cable was short still so I bought a double sided 3.5m cable and it's really long. I'd look into that if you'd like to hold the phone.
