05.5 misfires on bank 1 and system too rich. Looking for some advice

Im in NY visiting my fam. My car is misfiring in cyl 1, 3 and 4. Seems to only be missing at idle and once engine is above 1500 rpm's the light turns off. #3 is the most consistent misfire. I do not have VAG cable with me, just a generic code reader.

The car has brand new miltek downpipes with high flow cats so I do not think they are clogged. I'm not burning oil either. Car only has 74,000 miles on it also.

I have dealt with this before and it was a cracked chain guide on bank 1 cylinder head (different car). I'm thinking the worst scenario BUT If there is anything else I could check for these symptoms. I would think if its a vacuum leak or intake mani it would be "system too lean".

    Any help would be appreciated!!

It's time to replace the guides. Good luck.
