    Fuel Pump discussion

I am hoping this can get some answers compiled into one thread. I am wondering under what circumstances it is worth it or necessary to get a better fuel pump. I think mine finally gave out. I have a stage 1 apr tune at 23 psi. I plan on upgrading to TT injectors and running a 93 tune soon. It doesn't seem like I am anywhere near the limit for the stock pump, but I am not sure how to gauge that.

    1. What is the limit to the factory pump? Can it handle TT injectors running that much boost? I am eventually going to run the F21 set up once my stock turbo goes. Will it hold up to that?

    2. What is a good aftermarket or factory upgrade that is plug and play?

    3. Can everyone compile their reviews of such things into this thread? I have done a good bit of digging, and hope to make a quick reference for people in my position in the future.

Your factory pump should handle a stage 1 tune, running the Bosch 550s, or so I'm told. You would probably have to go forth a higher capacity pump with the BT

A stock fuel pump works just fine with the F21.

Ok awesome! So pretty much unless you are running a big turbo with large injectors, the stock pump is able to keep up. My wallet can relax now.
