Anyone wrap the roof of your s6 c7?

Was just thinking of possibly wrapping the roof black or carbon fiber ...leaning toward black. Love to hear your opinions/pics/thoughts. Oh I have a Sepang blue 2015 s6 stock until I can do some wheels or new steering wheel and possibly lowering via vagcom. Thx in advance!

Its not a Honda Civic. But it's also not my car. The important thing is that you like it.

Try photo shop. I can see a black roof on some cars. Looks great on the m3. It wouldn't be my first mod though. If I was lowered with wheels, the roof may look good. Especially on blue.

Yes lowered with vagcom and have wheels shortly here I hope...not an expert with photoshop but it's about time I try...was just hoping someone had done it. Thanks and yes there are high-end cars that have darkened roofs and not just carbon fiber for performance.

I am aiming at the same thing for my S7. There are people on the board that have this done. I was originally thinking the carbon but after seeing how good black looks with it making it appear that it is one piece I am really leaning that direction.

As for the Civic comment there's always a Critic to anything you do but people more often wrap their car than paint these days, it's not a taboo item limited to only ricers.

Some people are just angry and rude no matter what.

Like anything, context makes all the difference. Doing it in a basically stock appearance car probably won't look great, but executed as part of an overall scheme could be great. Certain comes tend to work better. A blue or white car would probably look best

i have mine wrapped in gloss black and the shark fin painted black as the shop said it would be difficult to wrap (well).

It gives my white car a much more aggressive look with the dark glass tint similar to above. On a sepang blue, not sure I'd do it if it were mine since I really like that color and prefer to show it off. I imagine it would make your sepang blue pop more and can peel off if you don't like it if wrapped. White was not my first choice for this car as the lines really pop better in a darker color. I was eager to mod the color in some way. So far just blacked out roof and rear emblems and happy with that.
