Has anyone had issues with S-Tronic gearbox?
I sparadically get adjust your driving style to let gearbox cool down.
Car had done 1 mile at 30mph
Happened again and i have driven 60 miles no issue.
When alarm pops up it vanishes after about 0.5s.
Gear box recently serviced by VW/Audi no issues prior.
There tech says its because of car remap.....
Car been remapped since March 16 no issues until service and i got a code at 15miles after service.

Thoughts an no warranty as it was a private sale.
2012 3.0Tdi Quattro with approx 50k miles.
Car driving fone otherwise no lurching banging or cluncking etc.
Audi said its fine and not to worry but I am..

What was serviced in the gearbox? Any chance they may have upgraded the TCU software and overwritten whatever "remap" software may have been there before?

More torque (from the remap) has sometimes caused fault codes with the transmission if the TCU software isn't upgraded to deal with the extra torque...

It was in for the service meant to be 40k miles but closer to 50k miles as i bought the car woth just under 48k miles before i knew this needed done.
It the S-tronic service that costs £175 from VW/Audi dealership that gets done every 40k miles.
Car has had no issues until this point.
It is intermittant as i can be out and have car and box warm gove it a blast with no issues and other times it shows up.

Car is about 315bhp 630nm it was 245bhp 500nm.
