ECS tuning, Please read this thread about the new CF decklid spoiler!!!!!

So we all saw the new thread about the new CF spoiler for the S4 from ECS. I personally love the price point and the spoiler itself but i would prefer getting a spoiler that's a little less aggressive "vertically".. see post here





I asked the question if there will be a less aggressive design available in the future, but ECS seems like there is no plans for it. However, Jason from ECS did state

It's unlikely though that we'll offer a less dramatic option. Unless we see tons of demand for it, anything is possible.

So i wanted to create a poll to see how many people would like the less aggressive design and see if ECS would consider it.

Ecs has yet to release an S5 version and I'm really hoping it's not as aggressive as this one. I don't want to destroy the flow of my coupe I just need a cf spoiler that looks like it's from the factory.

I voted yes. I think this will be my next purchase. I was seriously considering the OSIR (OSIR - Telson A4 B8-S - Gloss Carbon - A4 B8). After seeing the ECS spoiler I will buy that one instead, but I think I would like a bit more subtle look, so if they made a lower one I would buy that instead. Either way I plan on buying an ECS at this point. I like the way the spoiler fades into the trunk better at the corners. It looks like an exaggerated version of the cars current bodyline in the back, maybe just a little too exaggerated.

To each there own, but sticking a spoiler on the trunk like that looks ghetto to me. I laugh at every MB I drive past that has this from the factory; it just doesn't look good.

the pictures on the website arent good at all.. dont show much besides the fact that it's CF and at $500, I would rather just buy the current ECS design.

USP released one for a5 but doesn't fit the s5 since then I have been looking for a decent priced cf spoiler for s5 but had no luck.

It will be interesting to see what the 2018 B9 S4's carbon fiber trunk lid spoiler (in options CSA, CSB, CSC) will look like, since it's a "port-installed accessory" ...
