Do your resonators on the downpipes sit up against the heat shielding/body frame?

Or is there an even amount of space between the body and the resonator. (That they are not touching).

Just put mine in today and although I plan to finesse it a little bit more, I'm just curious as to what things to look for to have peace of mind that it's installed properly.

    Thanks in advance.

rotate the resonators either clockwise or counter clockwise for them to sit correctly and not touch the heatshield/body. it's in the instructions from AWE that should've came with the downpipes

Thanks for that. I'll make sure the shop is aware when I go in to my local muffler guy.
