I recently noticed an interesting sound in 1st and second gear, in manual mode, if I part throttle enough to get into boost and then ease off the gas while still allowing the Rpms to climb slowly, I can hear a very high pitched whistling noise from the intake area. No. this is not supercharger whine. It sounds Almost like high pressure air is whistling into the intake or being bled off somewhere. I have no CEL and the car seems to operate fine. It's quite possible it's always made this sound, and I just never noticed it. Thoughts?
