I'm not in the position to buy right now, but I've seen those ~$280 FMIC kits on eBay on my own searches... Did you just decide to go with bigger, better, name brand?

I decided to go with a SMIC setup for the stealth look and I'm not a fan of cutting the bumper reinforcement bar.
The other intercooler core was from my e30 turbo project that didn't fly.

I see, I thought those direct fit ones supposedly required no cutting, maybe minimal trimming there but good to know.

Better safe than sorry. I know someone who had an A6 2.7T with a front mount and it destroyed his A/C condenser. Don't want the same headaches.

Recently did my rear brakes and pulled the pads off to find these have plenty of meat on them.
EBC Green Stuff Pads (Rear Pads) w. 30k miles on them

ADDED! B7 A4 REV G Diverter Valve. Fully functional, no tears in the diaphram, perfect for that GFB upgrade. $25 + shipping obo.
EDIT ON THIS: OEM K03 turbo, Turbo is still good, wastegate needs replacing. $150 + shipping obo.

Sadly all I have is the core. No idea where the pipes could have gone.

Sounds like a plan Surprisingly zero shaft play so a wastegate makes this turbo right as rain.
