    Ongoing Adblue issue

Ok so ive been having issues with my adblue for the last month. It keeps giving me "adblue fault no restart in 600 miles". It comes and goes and is usually accompanied with a check engine light. I've brought the car in to Audi Hoffman Estates with this ongoing issue. Each time im there a part is replaced but sure enough, the same warning accompanied with the MIL goes on a after a few hundred miles of driving. I used a vag and got a code of 9685:level sensor/ P203B. Any one can give me more info on this code??

    So far they have replaced:
    -pre NOX sensor
    -Adblue Transfer pump
    -Adblue storage tank

Also replaced by another dealership was
    -Adblue active sensor and pump
    -Adblue ecm module

I mean, what else is there to replace??? I feel like they're just guessing and replacing parts hoping it resolves the issue. Thank goodness for extended warranty is all i can say.

Have them check the front catalytic convertor. There are two CC (front and rear) on the Q7 TDI. I had the same issue with our old Q7 and had the same items replaced plus some. It took the regional master tech to fly in and look at it. He determined it was the front CC. No issues thereafter.

I know this is old however did you replace the CC and then your problem went away?

Funny, I’m having a similar issue; after refilling the DEF- it’s still telling me no restart in 150 miles...

    Thoughts?

I’m considering clearing codes with my OBDeleven and cLling the dealership.

I keep getting the 600 mile alert. I've reset the adblue module twice with VCDS and now it's telling me that I can't reset it anymore.
