I thought all A4 trunks were the same regardless of S-Line or not, and only the S4 has the pronounced lip on it? I mean, that was the whole reason Enlaes was supposed to make an A4 specific trunk lip to begin with.

You can get an S-line package A4 with an S4 trunk (it's an option). As far as I know you can't get the S4 trunk with out the S-line package.

I'm just trying to provide clarity on this, because I really, really like this wing - and I recall several discussions in the past about this same topic that proved S-Line and S were not the same. I've never seen an S-Line packaged car with an S4 trunk.

.... and if there's any way to get one for the Standard trunk, I would order it in a heartbeat. This is the style I've been wanting for the batter part of two years.

This is what I would want too and agree with everyone else. All A4 trunks are the same regardless of s-line. I think the other lips you guys offer at ECS just don't look as good as this one does....

We weren't looking at option codes we were physically checking the part number of the trunk by VIN.

I'm sure you've seen some of the mental giants that frequent these forums. You don't expect plenty of them to see "fits s-line" and assume they have the trunk in the picture? I mean, I don't care how you guys market it, I'd just expect plenty of returns because people may buy this assuming it fits when it doesn't.

How much interest is needed specifically? We had 10 full-paid deposits (myself included) in this thread to have Enlaes prototype their S4 lip into A4 compatibility. Unfortunately Enlaes, going through whatever internal issues they're going through, sat on it for nearly a year without doing producing anything.

Is that enough interest?

I'm unsure which A4 s-lines didn't come with the integrated trunk lip but I know for sure mine did. I believe that it did come equipped on s-line/sport cars as every one I've seen has this integrated lip.

Just checked your build thread. You have the standard A4 trunk, not the S4 trunk.

I purchased the Duck bill CF rear spoiler a year or so back from an E-Bay reseller paying then you guys released it in 2016. Would like to have an option to purchase a front lip from you guys as my CF B8.5 NON-Sline front lip is cracked at multiple places. Thank you for your time.

They have both listed because they are interchangeable. 8K5827023AG is the S4 trunk for pre-facelift models.

Any actual proof (i.e. pictures and not just P/N lookups) that an A4 came with an S4 trunk from the factory?
I've seen tons of s line A4s, B8 and B8.5, and have never seen one with an S trunklid.
Certainly wasn't a selectable "option" either.
