Vcds Block 93 phase position empty??

Hi guys, so I'm trying to get my car running in tip top and I noticed something strange. When pulling up block 93 in vcds (I have the legit hex-can direct from rosstech with latest software), the phase position boxes for bank 1 and bank 2 are perpetually empty. They never show anything. Is there some kind of trick to get those values to show up? I don't have any codes or anything but my tune is an unknown at this point - its definitely a reflash of some sort and came with the car when I bought it. Getting the tune sorted is one of my current priorities and I'm wondering if it has anything to do with those blocks not showing. Any ideas? Thanks.

As I said, phase position for bank 1 and 2 are blank on block 93. I can provide a screenshot but I think you get the idea. It's the same window though and blocks 91 and 92 display all values.

did you look with the car running, or with the engine stopped?

Not sure what to say, but isnt there a base file on nefmoto now? I'd probably ditxh the mystery tune or at least save it and flash to something that will work.

I gotnshareware vcds so i cant check more than the first few blocks

Yea I plan on a retune for sure. Hopefully that will fix this issue.
