17546 runs lean at idle, great under normal driving

Have had this issue for a while now, have a bank 2 lean code 17546, which looking at my a/f ratios, runs lean at idle, runs great and holds boost with normal driving, smokes at idle after warmed up occasionally, (I do not have access to vcds) 2 more codes have appeared, cylinder 2 and 4 misfire 17774 & 17768, checked for boost/vacuum leaks (none). Car is stage 3, any help towards a culprit is appreciated, yes I've looked on other threads, haven't found anything suspect.

Forgot to mention, my bank 2 a/f gage was reading around 16ish and just went past 18 immediately after clearing the codes.

Bank 1 is around 14.8-15.2 at idle, bank 2 is at ~16.2, I cleared the codes, bank 2 goes past the limit of the electronic aem readings, bank 1 reads fine, sounds like there is a minor misfire at idle, I unplugged/plugged the maf, swapped icms, and also replaced my fpr (looked a little damp).
