No Fly Zone ARIZONA 2016 - Roll Racing Event!

Calling all west coast b5s! Were having a roll racing event here in Arizona at the Gila Bend Airport. Its a full 2 day car meet/racing event. The racing portion is pretty expensive, but it would be cool to get a group together and tailgate then cheer on anyone who wants to race! Similar to the way Socal Euro was for those who went.

Would be awesome to watch some b5's keep up and put the hurt on some higher end cars! There's no grouping so here's your chance to run just about anything you want, from Ferraris to vettes to Evos and just about anything in between

What:

Full weekend of 1/2 Mile side by side roll racing
5,200 feet of runway
No run groups (run anyone, anytime)
Food vendor on-site
Speed Trap equipment for both lanes

When:

Oct 8-9, 2016
Gates open 9:00am - 6:00pm

Where:

Gila Bend Airfield
1500 Arizona 85
Gila Bend, AZ

Cost:

$200 for all day racing

$10 for spectators

I'll probably be there to spectate. Don't trust my car to race it yet. ha. At least my EGT issues seem to be gone thanks to Corradovolksb.

I'm pretty sure I'll be making the trip from SoCal. Should be a good time.

I won't be racing, so I volunteer to be the designated E85 carrier.

I watched the Motortrend episode on NFZ last year, a lot of those cars were running E98. Is that locally source-able up there?

I know of one place that MIGHT have it. They usually have a pretty good selection of fuels, I'll drive by today and see what they have

That would be awesome, probably more ideal than carrying 20 gallons of E85 with us lol.

This is all I found at that place, I thought I remembered seeing e98 there before. The station by my gfs house is still labeled e85, but I don't have a tester to check it.
