Adding SiriusXM to Existing Symphony II (05 S4)

Is it possible to add an in dash SiriusXM Tuner (like the SXV300v1) to a Symphony II? I assume it could either go behind the dash or in the spot where my existing tuner (which is not working correctly) is housed. My XM receiver does not get all the stations and I think it needs to be replaced. Thanks.

The factory tuners are the only way to get sirius in that car unless you do an external radio.
