    94 to 96 dbA at 70 mph 2017 Q5 with pano roof

I used a sound meter to confirm that my new 2017 Q5 with pano roof (360 miles on the odo) is noisier than my previous 2012 Q5 with 85,000 miles with no pano roof. I read between 94 and 96 dbA with the radio off on a US freeway at 70 mph. Sounds like it is coming from the right rear quadrant.
Anybody else have a similar issue? Could it be a misalignment of the tail gate when closed? and yes the pano roof is closed and does not have any water leaks when I turn the hose on the roof.

same issue, although havent measured it
its noisy at high speeds, mostly pano related
i can put pressure on the roof with my hands on either side of where the sunroof button and lights are, and seal it better and it gets quieter.

Problem fixed. Dealer did the following: "adjusted rear door lid gap so same on both side." and " Sunroof not seat (sic) down properly. Tech adjusted making all seat evenly". Sound meter reads between 86 and 92 dbA depending on traffic and road surface at 70 mph. Every 3 dbA is double the sound level. So dealer made the car half again more quiet than before. Also installed Sunshield in roof under pano from Heatsheild LLC. Morgan Hill CA USA

This still seems really loud... I recorded mine to see what it was in comparison and it never went above 82, which was when my AWE was singing. Maybe consider dynamatting the doors or something? Anyone else have a interior this loud?

    I guess I've been lucky.
I've never had a rattle like that on the '11 Q5 or the '15 SQ5.

And the roads around here can be awful.
I had a full stasis exhaust and down pipe on the Q5 also and sway/coils with no sunroof issues.

I've got a good 30K on the SQ5 now with no issues, so I feel safer modding it now that baseline has been established with no problems.

so i got my car back
sunroof still squeaks here and there, even after lubricating the sunroof at different points, but better than the video ive posted above.

measuring the decibels is 65-70 decibels
and my a6 loaner was the same, 65-70 decibels

Sorry the issue isn't fully resolved. My '13 had a few goofy noises that would come and go, but certainly nothing that loud. Any chance the dB reading in the 90's was an anomaly? That just seems REALLY loud.
