B7 Bose bypass amp upgrade information

I have recently been planning my audio upgrade for my B7 RS4 Avant, and had been trying to find a nice simple way of tapping the Bose amp for speaker outputs, line in remote lead etc etc to put an aftermarket amp without tearing apart the car to run new wires, I have finally found that info.

You can either buy a second hand amp and chop it up for the male connection block and crimp on cables for connecting to the new amp, or i found this little gem for a very cheap price on ebay, which will interface with the stock connector and already have the leads attached so you just have to solder on some extensions and you are good to go!

With this item just chop the wires and you have the harness you need to plug into your stock female side (with the purple clip)

Depends on what you want to do exactly. Just add a sub ? Or replace the stock rear amp entirely ?

That allows you to replace the entire amp and get rid of all that garbage bose gear, while using stock wiring which is easily reversible.
I wasnt asking a question, i was sharing the info which i discovered (and couldnt easily find the answer)
