Worth waiting for the 2017 S7?

I'm ready to buy...and could get a killer deal on a lightly used 2016 here in Kansas City. For those of you that know about the upgrades for the 17' - worth waiting for in your opinion?

Outside of the MMI update, I don't think there are any significant differences.

Depends if you can find what you want. If you can on a '16, i'd get a deal on one of those.

Correct...I think the only update is the ability of Apple Car Play/Android Auto Functions in the 2017s, otherwise, its the same as the 2016s.

And the 2017s offer different optional packages

Don't the 2017s have a wireless phone charger plate in the console? Also, red calipers in the sport package I think is new.

I believe the 17' A7 is offering a competition package which includes larger wheels red calipers and the option to get S7 seats. Mmi and I believe that's it? Certainly someone else may know more. I do not believe there are any exterior changes.

So that being said I would go 16' get a great deal and when the new body style comes out you can upgrade in a few years. Good luck OP ... Post pics.

Yeah...I think NA Versions do not have the wireless charger plate option, only the Euro Version...I could be wrong?

well THAT sucks. I guess no biggie since we have to use a cable to plug in Car Play or Android Auto

Unless you want black optics package, you'll have a hard time. Not sure why, but it appears that ~80% of '16 cars on dealer lots have black optics package.

This is what I was told was new. I ordered sport package and calipers come in red.
