My original allroad seats did not have memory option for both the driver and passenger sides, but the nea sport seats I just acquired do. I also have thedoor cards with the memory buttons on them. Unfortunately don't have the wiring. Will they still work as normal if I do not sure up the memory buttons on the door panel?

yes the seats will work without memory , you will just have extra connector hanging down under there.

adding memory I believe it a process requires taking quite a bit of stuff apart

If you just want power and heat, then yes. Like R2R said the effort is quite high and involved to make the memory work if you didn't have it originally.

For that matter you don't need the memory door cards either
