I'm not quite sure what makes this "special edition". The Ultra Sport package is the only thing Audi made this generation that could come close to using that phrase, and yours isn't the ultra sport. You have a base model B7 steering wheel on it and a super ricey trunk lip in the rear (speaking of honda civic lol), and an ebay front grille.. It has over 100k on it, was the timing belt done? To the average buyer this is a 4-5k car all day. Its going to take a specific buyer that likes everything you've done to it to buy it for over 7. Just my 2 cents
