H&R coil overs on Allroad

Car came with busted (shocks) H&R coil overs F46-1001-1/1 in the front.
Before getting parts to rebuild: is anyone driving those on the AR?
What fender to ground distance?

I cannot find any specifications (spring rate, damping rate, etc) for those.

The A6 kits from H&R don't have that 'spacer' that mine have.

Rebuild parts: aside from the busted shock (do they sell 'inserts'?), what other parts should be replaced 'while at it'?

Is there a GOOD source for H&R replacement parts?
My local listed H&R dealer is clueless.
H&R Germany confirmed the strut part number is as stated above.

Best would be to have shock rebuild. One spring is definitely broken and needs to be replaced.
