O2 sensor bank 2, sensor 2...where is this sensor?`

I have recently gotten a code P1140 and 1122 = O2 sensor bank 2, sensor 2. Where is this located? I know bank 2 is drivers side, is it the pre cat or the O2 sensor @ the cat? I was under my car today doing a trans fluid change and I saw an O2 sensor on the drivers side cat, but did not see one on the passengers side, at least in the same proximity. Anyway, need to know which O2 sensor to pull for Bank 2, sensor 2.

I was under my car today :( And I only noticed one near the two rear cat's, the one on the drivers side. I will be removing my transmission here soon so I'll address both sensor 1 and 2 since they are difficult to access. No. 2 access seems ok, routing the wires on the other hand, might be a real PITA. I'll do that when I drop the transmission so I can have a little more room.
