RS6 c7 pad brakes (ceramic) NOISE

    Audi rs6 c7 2015
    21" wheel + carbon + ceramic brakes

My car has 8k miles and i trade the pad brakes twice. Front only.

When i bought my car, after 200 miles, a noise came from the pad brakes

First time, audi dealers gave me a new one in warranty. Pad brakes and rotor.

Second time, they didnt wanna trade and i bought oem pad brakes with them.

Now, i drove for 800 miles and....

the noise started again, and they said the same thing (ceramic make some noise), but it is a LOUD AND HORRIBLE NOISE.

They say that due the high temperatures of the pad brakes reach, it makes a glass film in the pad brakes.

But, sorry, this is a sport car with 560hp twin turbo, WE NEED GOOD BRAKES.

I was talking to a friend and he told me that is a problem of the product (material).

    My question, what TO DO?

Because i cant use another brand. If i use, the dealer told that i loose the warranty.

These are high performance brakes. They will squeak and squeal. I drive reasonably hard, and mine certainly do. Sometimes they're very loud, other times not so much. It depends on how I drive.

If you're babying these brakes, they will more than likely squeal a lot. I am able to get rid of the squeal for some time by re-bedding the rotors. I do this by doing several 60-0 ABS braking or driving very hard on curvy roads.

Have you "bed" either of your sets of brake pads?

RS6 c7 pad brakes (ceramic) NOISE

I dont agree with the noise! They need to "fix" this. The dealer told me that they arent selling carbon rotors + ceramic pads anymore

Search Google, everyone that has CCBs complains about squeaking. You either stop those 560+ horses consistently or you get soft pads that don't squeak and don't stop your 4700lbs rocket.
