:: ECS Tuning :: Flush Out Bad Fitment...

The German TUV (Technical Inspection Association) has determined that in several European countries the clearance between fender and tire must be adequate to accommodate snow chains when safety requires.

In North America, where no such law exists, RS4 owners have the option of restoring Audi's original intention of providing a focused race-bred machine by widening their car's stance, improving road-holding and performance aesthetics.

Improve your stance appeal with the in-house fit/tested hubcentric ECS spacers and appropriate length wheel bolts.

What's the spacer required to proved this race breed stance?

This kit includes two sets of 10mm spacers as mentioned in the product description when you click on the link.

I recommend 12mm in the back, 10mm in the front. On my lowered RS4 with 255 Hankooks this looks considerably better than the 10mm spacers in back without any rubbing, etc.

^^ 12mm was perfect in the rear with stock wheels

You do have the ability to pick and choose any size spacer you desire for your specific fitment from the site. We just put this kit together based on what we felt was flush and could be used at any ride height without rubbing as a convenience.

Sorry to jack the thread ECS!

Guys, do you have any rubbing with 12mm spacers at the back and 255/35/19 tyres at your ride height (you look lowered)?

I got OEM Ti rims a couple months back for my winter setup and am in the process of getting a set of spacers for all 4 corners for da' flush look during winter. I'm currently on stock rideheight but will be installing coilovers & adjustable upper control arms on all 4 corners over winter.
Jeremy Clarkson: "So when you were saying that it won’t slide, what you meant was, ‘I can’t slide it.’“
    James May: "Yes."

Not in rears, but with 10mm in front (lowered) you should remove that fender liner screw.
I rolled my fronts as well and never rubbed again. Easy job (and cheap!) for someone that knows what he is doing!!
