    who's running Airlift suspension on their Q5/SQ5

    Hi guys, who is running airlift suspension on their SQ5? not accuair or whatever, only airlift setup?

    I've contact airlift 2 months ago and they told me they dont have the kit for my application, my only option was accuair.

    so I asked the question to ecs and they told me this is the bolt on kit for my application.

    so that's why I am. asking if somebody is running airlift complete kit on his Q5/SQ5?

    I run airlift management on mine but H&R struts with custom bags.

    The front and rear bags are the same on all B8 platforms so they will work. I am sure Discocide ran Airlift struts on his before he parted out.

    Yes, it is the same kit for the A4/5/6/7 Q5/SQ5. Audi run the same suspension on all these platforms.

    I run 3/8 lines and 3P management with a dual tank set up and dual 444c compressors in mine.

    it aounds like chinese for me right now, I am begonning to get information as much I can to know everything.

    did you passed the line through the fender? I am scared of drilling a hole in the floor to pass the line.

    Lines run through the trunk floor and then run along the underneeth next to the brake lines.

    Its really quite simple.

    3/8 lines will raise the car and lower the car faster than 1/4 lines.

    two compressors will fil tank/tanks faster than one and run less (they are noisy when running)

    Get the best management you can afford, it makes so much difference. 3P/H or Accuair

    I was told that the more "high tech" management your take the more trouble and unreliable you get.. I want something reliable because it is my daily drive and I will run it through our famous canadian winter and hard cold.

    need something that will not break every 2 weeks.

    Just curious why you want to slam your SQ. I come to Montreal a lot (Lots of family there, originally from DDO) The roads are SHIT!!! I drive my SQ there with 22's and H&R springs and it's awful everywhere in Montreal. Your car looks nice as is (based on your little avatar pic). Leave it in my opinion

    I'm already slam on H&R street performance coilovers and the ride is very stiff, I want bags to get more comfort and adjustment. I dont want bag to ride slammed.

    I want bag for the reason that I want to tow/haul trailers. I can't do it right now with my coilovers, the rear struts are like half time smaller than the stocks ones.

    I'm running Accuair Management with airlift performance.. Best of both worlds, I'm in NYC with the worst roads and I'm on 22" rims 295/30/22 .. With the airlift I'm able to adjust the dampening to make soft or hard.. The Accuair management makes it so much easier, this pass winter was very cold and I had no issues at all , my SQ5 being my daily driver.....Dual tanks is a must have and it's really important you have a great installer...

    They can be placed anywhere however the best spot is from the tank to the manifold...
