Wont start

Help !!!

Car is dead , cant open using the fob, when key inserted in ignition there is no reaction at all , the only sign of life is 5 controls lights up when trying to open the car with a key fob . Is the battery dead ?

Keep it simple and start by checking the battery voltage around 12.8v is what you should see after letting the battery rest.

Thanks . As turn out battery was dead, original lasted 10 years. Got a new one and all sorted
