Question Dectane headlight Hi-beam problem. anybody fix that?

I have the Dectane headlight (pictured) with xenarc xenon. I have them since a few years with no problem except for some leds going out. Lately , sometime the hi-beam dont work, the little flap doesn't seam to go up . Or they will work and suddenly hi-beam go off. Turn them ON, but they go down a few moment after.
Anybody have this problem and found a fix?
    thank you

I assume (no experience with those exact headlights) that they are an electric magnet that pulls the flap down and it would most likely be a wiring issue somewhere in the mix would be my first place to look. Check to make sure a wire didn't come lose or a connection didn't break. I bought some Spec-d headlights for the housing and redid the entire headlight because I liked the look but the wiring/electronics in them are complete shit lol. Few quality LEDS, new projectors, and wiring and they work well :D
