Made out of brushed aluminum this simple yet effective heat shield will mount to your vehicle utilizing the rear mounting pegs that the factory engine cover sits on. It's designed to block the heat rising from the exhaust manifold and the turbo resulting in lower intake temperatures and more power.

BSH brings you the strongest and most feature rich street performance motor mount kits available. Each component has been designed to accomplish rock solid performance while still maintaining the finesse of a daily driven street car. For optimum results this mount should be paired with the BSH Engine Mount.

As we are sure you've noticed the factory motor mounts have a ton of give in them. Our billet mounts reduce the ability of the engine to flex back by replacing the factory fluid fillled mounts wth street performance bushings and the billet bodies to hold them. This bushing set does a great job of limiting movement while still maintaining an acceptable level of comfort needed to be used on a daily driven street car. This both greatly enhances the fun factor and performance of the car and also removes the all too common problem of blowing out the factory mounts on your higher powered setup.

Take your PCV fix one step farther with the addition of a high capacity BSH Competition Catch Can. Our program began with the PCV revamp which solved the issue of failing factory check valves and has since evolved into complete PCV management. By adding our catch can system to your 2.0T FSI you are not only implementing a 100% PCV fix, you are also protecting your stock or tuned motor from the drawbacks of allowing blowby gasses to enter your combustion chamber. As the FSI engine is both high compression and turbocharged, allowing volatile oil vapor access will reduce power across the rev range by making the engine substantially more prone to pre-ignition/detonation. Keep your timing up and a smile on your face by getting those gasses out of your engine. The BSH Catch Can is a complete PCV replacement, is easily installed, and fully compatible with the factory engine cover and BSH Boost Tap. BSH Torque Mount Insert MSRP $39.99



Product Information
Under hard acceleration, your engine and transmission rotate due to the soft rubber used in the factory bushings. While the soft factory bushings do a good job of dampening engine vibration, they also create a rubbery, vague response from the vehicle.

The BSH torque arm insert works in concert with the OE rubber bushing. With the insert installed, you car's throttle response will feel better and your shifts will feel more crisp and defined as the urethane reinforcement will aid in limiting the amount the engine can rock back under acceleration.

BSH helps you tidy up your lines and provide a proper signal for your components with use of its billet boost tap for your FSI or TSI equipped vehicle. Utilizing CAD drawing and CNC Lathe machining this part is a perfect fit every time. The BSH boost tap comes with two ports so you can run your boost gauge, dv, methanol injection, or any other part you may want that requires a boost or vacuum signal to function.
