It's the taper roller bearing that goes on the 1-2 shaft :(

Try calling up JHM Motorsports they might have some laying around. Whoops, you needed the entire bearing part number.

In the picture your inner race is missing and the cage is a little beat up, what happened?

Well. I was being stupid after a few hours in 110 degree garage I started to get careless. I didn't measure the pipe when I cut it from scrap piping I had laying around and it was about 1/2 in too long.
So I figured that after taking it out of the boiling water I would have enough give to slide it on. Wrong. And I tried tapping it on with the pipe.

It went on but it started to feel loose and out of nowhere it just fell apart. I also found the problem with my second gear.

There are only 2 things needed to make an Audi work properly - Duct tape and WD40. If it moves and it shouldn't - Duct tape. If it doesn’t move and it should - WD40.

Oh, and save the inner race from the busted bearing- you can use it to push the replacement on.
I cut a slot through one side with a cutoff wheel so I can pry it open with a screwdriver and slide it off easily.
