    Allroad Wheels (17x7.5 ET25) on B7 S4?

There is a cheap set of allroad wheels available local to me and I'm considering running them for a winter setup on my B7. I am moderately lowered on coilovers and would be running 235/35R17 tires. According to willtheyfit.com: "Compared to your existing wheel, this new wheel will have an inner rim which is 26.4mm further away from the suspension strut. The outer rim will poke out 13.7mm more than before."

Has anyone run something like this? Will I run into any issues with the added poke and almost an inch additional distance from the strut?

only thing I can think of is your caliper size, I have an allroad as well and they will not fit on my S4 due to the large caliper.

Thanks for the reply. I'm confused though, I thought the ET25 offset would put the wheel farther away from the caliper than the stock 18x8 ET45 wheel? Or is it the smaller 17" diameter that's causing the contact?

not sure about the offset, but was told that with the caliper size to not go below 18 inch on rim size without an adapter or spacer.

http://www.alloywheelsdirect.net/inf...ing_chart/audi here is a list you can compare on though.

I once tried fitting my C5 allroad wheels on my b5 (I know, smaller calipers than B6/7 S4), but the rolling diameter was too big due to the larger sidewall of the 225/55/17 allroad tire. The result was that they fit fine on the rears, and the offset was nicely aggressive. However, I couldn't test fit them on the front of the car because the larger tire wouldn't clear the upper control arms (which may have been your issue). My guess is that with the proper tire, they'd fit nicely on a B6/7.
