Any Unitronic RS7's here (bonus for C7.5)?

It looks like the APR software has a lot of usage but I haven't been able to find any discussion on the Unitronic RS7 tune. I really like the option of reflashing from home but not if I'm one of the first testers of the tune and there aren't a good number of other people shaking out the bugs (particularly given the iterations that APR has gone through for C7.5 specifically).

I know you can't compare dyno numbers across but the reported APR peak numbers (93 map) are quite a bit higher, particularly on torque. Would love to see if anyone has quarter mile times for the Unitronic Stage 1+ maps as well.

I have Unitronic Stage 2 on my RS7. I haven't had time to dyno or take the car to a race track. There are no issues with the tune. The only thing I've noticed, however, is that when I reverse from the road onto my driveway and the car reverses over the "grade break" where the driveway begins to slope a bit, the car can sometimes idle in reverse even if I accelerate harder. This never happened pre-tune. The only remedy is to enter the grade break at a slightly higher speed in reverse.

Suggested retail is ~$2450 + $150 for the at-home programming. They're all roughly in the same ballpark: https://www.getunitronic.com/ecu-tun...015-stage1plus

Advertised numbers for the 93 octane tune:

    Unitronic: 691hp/655tq
    APR: 677hp/746tq

would be great to see some dyno results to compare with other tuners. i was considering unitronic mostly due to the easy of implementation but i'm wary of their dyno numbers in comparison to the rest of the pack. only dyno information i saw from them was comparing their tune to advertised audi numbers which are, as we all know, are well below actual values.

I plan to use either Unitronic or Velos for my 2016 RS7. I'm just waiting for some feedback from members. I want the ability to add or remove the tune from home. I like the Velos package (hand held tuner) that seems to be plug and play.

Not sure about the RS7 but I was told the S6 Unitronic stage 2 ran 10.9 in the qtr mile on tune and downpipes, sounds pretty optimistic to me.

I can't help you guys with dyno numbers or track times. But I've had the Unitronic stage 2+ on the S4 for about 2 years now. The tune has always felt strong and haven't really encountered any driveability issues yet. Threw the first code just last week (p1335) but I think that's intake related and haven't gotten a chance to delve into yet.

Flash from home has been awesome, this was the primary reason I went with Uni. It literally takes 15 minutes to flash back then clear the codes with vag com. My only real disappointment so far is that the DSG tune has been forever in development.

I have had the Unitronic Stage 1+ tune on my '14 RS7 now for about 5 months. Definitely a significant "seat of the pants" difference in acceleration, especially from 100 kmh plus. but..I have not had it on a dyno. No issues at all with how the car runs now versus pre-tune, other than I find myself hitting 150 kmh+ much earlier than before :)
