I was pushing my car hard when at about 5400 rpms I got a check engine light which had a code that read low boost. I did some research and found that there are three possible causes to this code
1. Dirty or bad MFA sensor
2. Bad or leaking diverter value
3. A faulty wastegate
My car right now is running a Revo stage 2 tune 034motorsport HFC
AWE intercooler
k&n cold air intake
forge BOV spacer
So my question is has this happened to any other B8 owners and could it possibly be the stock diverter value cannot hold the boost pressure that is made when getting a Revo stage 2 tune (-300 hp more like 285 on 93 Oct) haven't dynoed it yet.
Note : if the diverter value leaking is the issue then I am considering buying the Forge diverter value kit
Is this a good idea ?
