Audi 2.0t fsi ecs tuning carbon intake

This is the real ecs tuning intake. Used it for anout 5 months and have all the parts and carbon fiber cover as well as the oem box. I will supply better photos when i can.

I was gonna end up passing on it anyways and offer it to the next guy in line regardless. I'm planning on getting the other one ecs offers as I'm going to guess its louder than this one (considering its not enclosed like this one), I would go for a tune, but I wanna get all the bits first. I'm not gonna go stage one then two then two plus, I'm just going straight two plus so I need some supporting mods first, and theres certain things I want that just make me

Stage 2+ is what JHM just calls Stage 2 93 Octane with a HPFP I believe. The stage idea is a way for people to quickly understand the performance modifications made to a car. The stages are largely consistent across platforms within a company (Audi/VW tend to use the same terminologies for the stages) so when talking about a car it just helps quickly understand where its at.

Stage 2 ecu tune with suppporting bilt on mods (test pipe, intercooler, etc)
Stage 2+ ecu tune with modded hpfp
Stage 3 ranges from bigger turbo to fully built motor / modded beyond simple bolt on

Stages are dumb and probably more marketing driven than anything - keeps you wanting more...

I think they are a useful quick reference. I just wish the VW/Audi area had a way to differentiate between just bigger turbo and built internals.

Correct. JHM has Stage 2 91 octane which requires downpipe and Stage 2 93 octane which additionally requires the HPFP upgrade, which is what a lot of people would call 2+

Stage I, II and II+ ECU Upgrades

Not only does our Stage I ECU Upgrade give you higher peak numbers of 241 horsepower and 292lb-ft. of torque, but also gains of up to 57 horsepower are available at lower rpms! Stage II requires a high flow downpipe and Stage II+ additionally requires an APR High Pressure Fuel Pump.

So the stage 2+ is the HPFP level which I'm sure is the same across some/most companies, so I just used it as a universal description

Junk yard maybe? I've never seen a B7 at my junk yard, thankfully, but I have seen B6's. Not sure if the air box is the same.

I will have an S-Line RSB for sale, but thats all I've got haha.

Ah, I had an 01 9-5 base model. I heard the V6 wasn't quite as good as the 4 cylinder HO tubro lol. Nothing beats that turbo!

Haha yeah the V6 hit like 4 PSI max. I had an SE model. Sold it with 170k miles. Had no issues expect from the oil cooler going on me. I think that was my fault though.

Sold it for more than I bought it after 2 years. Obviously put money into it but still.
