I saw thermo cup holder in my friends Q5 which has cooling/heating ability and I find it useful. Has anybody retrofit the Q5's Thermo cup holder or any other aftermarket one to S4? If so, where can I buy one?

Ahhhh, Now there is something I have often wondered about; but I refrain from eating or drinking in my car. Maybe for the wife!

Actually, I think because of the way the factory A/C and Heater vent is piped through the center console, I find the cup holders to be cold in the summer and warm in the winter. Probably not to the extent of that thing, but it does change with the HVAC setting as most likely a byproduct of how it's plumbed.
