while they were in there, but they told me the car still checks out top notch no odd glitches recorded on some ecu error list. My car is also not using any oil so far as well, which I am pretty happy about. I hate having a fairly new car that uses oil. BTW, just for fun, what would a dealer 45K service have cost me?

I do have a Fidelity extended warranty for another 4 years still. My car is a 2012

Will probably do the next oil change myself. i do have an extractor, but haven't had too much luck with it on a couple of other cars I tried it on so far. Seems like its not that easy to get the tube in there just right for it to suck from the lowest spot possible and not leave a bunch of oil still in the sump. I am also not sure if all cars actually have the lowest part of the sump right under the dip stick either, with nothing blocking the tube like a windage tray. No matter how carefully I tried, could only get like 2/3 of the oil out on my wife's 2002 TT, and even less on an older MR2 I tried it on. It would be nice if it would work on my S4. I read here that is how many of the dealers do the oil changes nowadays.
