F23 turbo on stock tune? What PSI to set manual boost controller?

so i ended up buying a new turbo thinking it was the cause of this sound coming from my car but it wasnt and i found out the hard way after installing a new turbo but thats fine i plan on tuning the car once i order my cts intercooler and downpipe in the near future to maximaze the tune, however after installing the F23 my car went into limp mode due to P0234 overboost code so now i just want to run my car as close to stock as possible while i try to diagnose this other weird sound problem because i dont want audi blaming it on a tune or whatever so i need help i have to bypass my n75 valve with a manual boost controller but how much boost should it be set at? do they come pre set at the stock psi? thanks for all your help guys

this is the MBC that frankenturbo recommends; has anyone used it? what psi does it come set at? what psi should i set it at so that i dont go into limp mode every time i drive the car on a stock tune

15? Im pretty sure mine goes to 23-24 but im on apr k04 tune. I also do not have a mbc. tho before I had compressor surge issues. but aprs new tune eliminated that. but I think I read somewhere that the stock tune was around 15

The manual controller is basically a valve seat with a spring behind it. You tighten the knob and it preloads the spring, raising it's opening pressure. I agree that 15 is likely a good starting spot. If the CEL appears increase in half turn increments. It would be worth while getting an bluetooth(Android) or wifi( apple) OBD reader. They are very inexpensive and work with most cars made since 1983ish. Just be sure to install it in parallel like the diagram. It's there to supplement the n75 not replace it.
