    Horn Issues

My allroad's horns stopped working, no matter how I press the wheel. No fuse issues. I pulled out the relay and swapped in a new (53) and all of a sudden the horn is non-stop blaring, until I pulled the relay out again. What can I do to get this corrected? I've already needed the horn for few dimwits on the road but haven't had it.

Is that on the steering wheel? If so, would I be removing the airbag and seeing what's under there? What would I be looking for?

Uh i would think you could pin out the locations of the horn to the relay and use a multimeter to test if its closed or not.

I don't have any diagrams unfortunately but I think the horn just pulls to ground when you hit it, so if you can find what pin on the relay is the horn input put a lead in that then test if it has continuity to ground that would show the horn is stuck.

I appreciate it. I'll try to do that when I'm home from work.

Something must've part way worked, as on Sunday morning nothing worked, but as of my way home, I honked and it worked. However, when the car is off, nothing happens. Are the C5s designed that way? My B7 would work regardless.
