Pristine B7 S4 6MT w/64k miles, no chain rattle

For sale is my 2006 B7 Audi S4 sedan. 64,xxx miles, 2nd owner, clean carfax with no accidents. Meticulously maintained with receipts for everything, not a single issue with the car. Oil changed every 3-5k miles with full synthetic, enthusiast owned & appreciated, detailed religiously, and mostly garage maintained. Fully loaded with every option available in 2006 except for rear heated seats. Lived its entire life in Arizona or So Cal and rust free. No chain rattle, no oil consumption, no mechanical or electrical issues period. Only some small blemishes to the paint and seats which are to be expected for a 10 year old car no matter how much you try to baby it (and trust me, I did).

Mods: Tastefully modded with only top of the line parts from JHM (tune, intake manifold, clutch, LWFW, LWCP, LSD, SS), STaSIS (Ohlins coilovers, Alcon BBK F&R) and 034 Motorsport (sway bars, end links, bushings, etc.), as well as many OEM+ upgrades like the DTM rear bumper, Flat bottom steering wheel, RS4 grille, etc. Included in sale is many stock parts. Asking price: $20k with stock wheels, $22k with Volks on fresh Michelin PSS tires. Also available are a set of 19x9 ET33 Titanium Rotors (no tires) and 18x9 Enkei PF01 with Toyo R888 (track wheels) for an additional fee if buyer is interested. The KBB on the car is about $14k private party but given the rarity of the car and extremely good condition, I would like to get $15k for the car stock, and think a $5k premium for the mods is a prety smoking deal as it would cost $15-20k to replicate. Price may change depending on buyer interest as well as if I'm able to sell off a lot of the aftermarket stuff or not. Not in a hurry to sell and would prefer to see go to the right buyer, but can sell at anytime and drive my wife's car while I start the search for a 997.

Nick, this is certainly a very nice example of a B7 S4. One of the problems with the B7's is that the older models are now getting out of the range that one can get bank financing. So a potential buyer would have to come with cash to purchase the car. $20k in cash is not chump change and would likely require a certain buyer. You may have better luck, selling the goodies you have, returning it to stock and then getting a reasonable price knowing its a well kept 64k mile example. Just my 2 cents.

Totally agree, and that's the plan...just wanted to give an honest attempt at selling as-is, as this thing is just so dialed in for an enthusiast that it'd be great to see it live on...but if I don't get a buyer by EOM I'll start taking stuff off and getting it closer to "stock-ish" and doing exactly what you said :)
