•RossTech HEX-CAN VAG-Com cable - $300 ($349 retail)
•GiroDisc front 2-piece rotors – fit stock brakes, 32mm new, 28mm min thickness, currently 29.6mm thick. Includes 2 sets of used Pagid RS-19 pads, one pair about 65% left, the other about 50% left. This is a great, inexpensive upgrade to improve the S5’s track readiness, at a lower cost of entry at $400 (new rotors $800, new pads $400 = $1200; replacement GiroDisc rotor rings available for $600 from GiroDisc)
•Alcon MONO-6 365mm BBK (not stasis) – slight color shift from silver to golden color from heat (because racetrack – badge of honor – you can claim you did it yourself.) Few scratches on top of caliper from wheel sliding on & off, not visible with wheel on. Also includes little-used Ferodo 2500 pads for street - $2000
•Pagid 8039 RS-19 pads brand new, unopened box- - for Alcon Mono6 caliper - $350 ($383 retail)
•Pagid 8028 RS-29 pads brand new, unopened box- - for stock S5 rear caliper - $235 ($253 retail)
•JHM aluminum rotor hats, Front and rear - $100

One set of pads has probably 60-70% life left, the others 40-50%. All included as a package.

No rings on the front hats (I switched to the GiroDisc). Still using the rears, but rings nearing end of useful life. One track weekend left in them, or many months of street driving. If you go to the JHM website, find the B8 2 piece rors, 1 kit for front and one for rear. Subtract $100 from price and that's what they'll charge for replacement ring only.

Yes, and under 18s. That's why I bought this set.

Huh, I've been eyeing these for a while and it seems like the weights vary a ton.

Revo has a set that they claim like 7/8lbs for the calipers and and like 15 for rotors on their 380mm kit.

Any idea why? I'm not knocking your kit at all (I love them!) but am just curious since it seems like you're one of the few people on here that track(ed) their S5

I know that the calipers are exactly the same as those in the Revo kit - Alcon Mono 6 calipers. The weights quoted on the Revo site are a bit different because they weighed different things. My calipers without the carrier but with the SS brake lines (and some brake fluid) weigh 8lbs 1 oz. Revo says 7lbs 4oz for caliper alone. They are the same caliper.
For the rotors, Revo quotes the weight of the rotor alone. I weighed the rotor, hat and mounting hardware together.
