I am trying to diagnose my Low Pressure Fuel pump in my B7 RS4. I have seen on VAGCOM Wiki that you can measure the duty cycle and if it is above 70% the pump should be replaced. However, I can not find that information in VCDS when I look for it in my car. The measuring block 106 only indicates that my electric fuel pump is ON no further information. Is it possible to get this information on the RS4? Thanks!

should be able to do that. there should be 3 groups under measuring blocks once you get into the Engine section. first group should be 106, that will tell you that the pump is on. Hit Go! on the Group 002. That should then show you engine speed and engine load. I can't find duty cycle in there but there's a field for engine load. mine is at 19.5 while idling. What's your showing?
