Help: Vibrations only in heavy rain

Hello everyone. I have a 2010 Audi s4, Manual, Stock 18" wheels, Pirelli Cinturato P7 All season tires and stock suspensions. So driving in heavy rain with some accumulation of water on the ground, my car starts to vibrate when going above like 20+ MPH during both acceleration and deceleration. I can be driving steady at like 20, 30 or 40 MPH and it'll just vibrate until i stop then it goes away. When it is dry out and even in light rain, car runs normal and strong without any kind of vibrations or issues. I have heard or read somewhere it could be the the design of the wheels trapping water inside causing the wheels to go unbalanced? Any help would be awesome! Thanks

this is a known problem for reverse lip wheels but usually not associated with stock wheels.

I've had this/similar problem in one of my E36's before, and that was a slightly tweaked front alignment. Toe, to be exact. They were unequal, and in dry it just scrubbed the tires, but I didn't feel it, but when it was wet, the front end would shake like hell.

I never really understood why/how I only felt it in wet, but an alignment fixed it right up.
