Why am I selling?
I am selling this vehicle solely to fund my travels abroad. Back in May, I attended the AMG Driving Academy in Atlanta (absolutely incredible experience). However, the day I got back to work, the new management decided they wanted to go in a different direction and I found myself unemployed. I sort of knew it was coming as the new management had been cleaning house for weeks. I had somewhat of a plan setup to travel abroad and still keep my car. However, those plans have fallen through. Now I cannot justify spending my savings account (since I have no income) to keep paying on the car (there is a lien) while also traveling. Some might ask, why travel rather than get a new job? I've been working since I was 11 years old nonstop (I am now 27) and I have never had a break before. I've always wanted to travel and get out of the little area I grew up in. So I made the decision that when my prior job was done, I would travel abroad since I have nothing holding me back at the moment. So that is what I am trying to do and I will be using the car sale to fund the trip. I realize that once I am done traveling I will be back to square one with no car and unable to afford another AMG. But if I don't try to travel now, I may never get another similar chance. Ideally, I'd like to get back into the Audi market afterwards, probably a B8 A4.
On to the car:
I purchased the car new in June 2015 and it received a new car prep just after purchase ($2,400 value) - window tint, paint correction, paint protection film, ceramic paint coating, wheel coating, and interior coated. The car has been at the dealer twice: once to get the windshield washer system replaced in January 2016 and the second to get the 10,000 mile Service A & rear differential fluid change completed in May 2016. I have service records and all sales receipts for the car. The factory warranty is still intact - 4 years / 50,000 miles.
