It's not plastic its Billet Aluminum. These are full replacements not just stick on units unlike most other paddle shifter extensions. These replace the factory paddle and will not flex, move around or bend.

I'm not certain FB steering wheels use B8 paddles I would assume they use B8.5 paddles which these do not fit. We will have B8.5 paddles available in the near future.

They do on my 2013. They weren't updated yet so they look like B8 paddles. Maybe they're mounted differently?

That's precisely the difference between the B8 And B8.5 paddles is how they mount.

No worries. You'll likely never see the logo on the back unless you wrap your head around the steering wheel

you can see it pretty easily if your outside the vehicule and walking by from the front. I could be wrong, but I think, most people would prefer a non-visible logo ( like laser etched, but with no white lettering, just like the clear one actually !)

All the logos for every option are laser etched. No stickers are used, it just appears white because of the reflection/lighting. Logos really aren't noticeable unless you're looking for it when installed.

Yes the Silver and Black are 100% billet Aluminum. The Carbon is Carbon Fiber and the backing plate that mounts to the steering wheel is 100% billet Aluminum.

No plastic is used.

with the stick-on types of extensions, they exposed a bunch of play in the oem paddle shifters and it just felt like crap. does this new ecs design prevent that from happening? if trying to use the upper/lower parts of the paddle, with we still get a crisp and clean click feel?
