Need Help Buying Used All Road (Purchase Made!)

    Hi All,
Trying to get back with Audi. Been a while since I have been lurking.

We are choosing between a 2014 Premium Plus and a 2015 Premium All Road.

We really were hoping to stay with 2015 but for no real reason.

My Question: Should there be a reason to stick with 2015 vs 2014? Tech Changes?

-I noticed the 2014 is rated at 1 mpg less for some reason.

-I noticed according to the sticky, the 2014 has a B 8.5 sports package wheel, when it should be a B8.

No real reason to choose 2014 v 2015.

2015 has Sport steering wheel (3-spoke) as standard as well as a black headliner. I believe those are the only differences between a '14 and '15.

Check the stickied Buyer's Guide thread... There's no difference. The sport package was offered on the Allroad (minus the suspension) as well as the sedan, and if it has those seats and that steering wheel it'd be desirable. I'd also strongly advocate for a Prem+ over a Premium.

All things equal, I would go with the '14. The sport package is really nice even if it's only seats, steering wheel paddles and black headliner. Does the 14 have the tech package as well?

2014 would be my choice even based on the sport package alone. The seats are a significant upgrade from the standard seats.
The 2015 premium actually has several of the features previously found only in premium+, but you'll still get some extras with p+ like dimming mirrors, advanced key, heated & memory seats.

Just a quick update here: We went with the 2014 Prem +!

Packages: MM+ (which I believe is included in Prem + standard), Chestnut Sport Interior, Fine Ash Inlays, Audi Side Assist, Full Paint Finish (Which I actually do not like, I prefer the black).

Good choice on that brown sport package...the black headliner is worth it. What color exterior?

It actually does not have the black headliner. I think that must be 2015's.

White Exterior. Sticker says White was $500 extra lol.

    Would love to see pics!

The only thing my 2016 doesn't have is the sport pkg. I did get the black headliner though and the chestnut brown interior (my favorite thing!). I also have the full paint finish, wasn't crazy about it at first but it has grown on me significantly!

Huh? Both my 13 and 16 allroad had/have the black headliner as part of the sport package. Does yours have paddle shifters?

Its Glacier White, which was an additional charge, and then it was $1,000 for the full paint package. Strange that you didn't get a black headliner with the chestnut seats and sport package though.

My 2015 came with the black headliner. It is a Prestige with Chestnut Brown, Sport interior.

On the invoice it list the black headliner under the "Sport Interior" heading along with sport front seats, 3-spoke steering wheel and Audi Drive Select.

I read here on the fourm that the black headliner was because of the Brown seat color...go figure?

Sorry, duh. I was getting confused. Mine DOES have black headline and paddle shifters. I was thinking of our VW for some reason.
