which eurocode parts should i buy?

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
I want my car to feel less body roll and stiffer during turns. I was thinking of the alu kreuz and F/R sway bars.

What about the transmission and differential mounts. What about front end links? Are those worth it?

My thinking is that the most value/noticed changes will be the alu kruez and possibly sway bars. I'm not sure the end links are worth it. The mounts aren't that expensive so why not?

    Thanks.

+1 I just ordered F/R sways and links. Decided to wait on the other.

They actually all make a difference though most noticeable are Alu kruz links and sways.

The reason I was wary about the end links is that I read they wear out quickly. Is it alright to get sways w/o end links?

I installed alu kreuz, sways and links a year-and-a-half ago and no issues. They made a fairly profound impact on handling. I'd do it again.

Get all of their stuff on your car. Ak, front and rear endlinks, sways, dust boots, trans insert, both diff inserts. Makes the car way better.

I don't have the mounts, but the sways, links, and AK make a huge difference. Get the bolts if you go with the links, and definitely service them yearly. I had one that rusted and started making all sorts of noise.

Service what yearly? The polyurethane sway bushings should probably be lubed every couple of years.

I had the end links on my S4 and one of them failed and made noise after 3 years.

Hi guys, I am getting the sway bars and AK, but am torn on whether the end links are worth getting.
Is it worthwhile to get the sways without the end links or am I just being a cheap bastard? I haven't been able to find any information on the benefits of the links.
    Thanks for your help!!

i ended up getting 034 rear sway bar, 034 transmissions and other mounts and EC alu kruez. i would have bought more from EC, but they never properly responded to any emails that i sent. 034 was very responsive and the combo of them both makes for a very fine car esp when cornering or turning harder w/less body roll etc

I'm wondering if the EC Alu Kruez is enough. Not sure if other parts are necessary. What do the transmission mounts do?

Same here, EC never seems willing to respond to the emails. I have the 034 rear but I feel this car needs front sway also, front end is still badly loose. I tried HR spacers 10mm in front, 15mm rear but they made the steering even worser and heavier. Im convinced the spacers are only for looks and if you want the car handle better you need sway bars and aluK.

You need the one time use bolt hardware for the sway bars.

Maybe consider the Eurocode Tuning's Alu Kreuz GB.
