Center armrest cupholders

I have a 2009 S5 and the center storage area where the cupholders are located are beginning to peel. Appears to be some sort of vinyl material? Any idea if this part is easy to remove and replace?

A lot of the center console is modular. You do need to remove the entire thing to get the pieces out but it is really not that difficult. It can be done in 30-45 minutes when taking your time
