Hey, im just wondering if some one can tell me what the part number tells me. 8D5 800 403 D is the part number for the audi S4 B5, and 3B5 800 701 BC is the part number for my Passat Syncro B5. Number 4, 5, and 6 is the same number, what does that tell me?

Just got back my aplication for my Passat S4 and i just want to be 100% shure about what i think i know :)

based on the part numbers I'd say no. The 800 is just the main group and sub group whereas your last three digits are the actual part number, not to mention the chassis codes which are different.

There will be a 800 group for every model, that would be common. Of course this is just conjecture until you are physically holding the parts. They could be the exact same.
