Hey Everyone,
I normally do not post here often, normally just a browser and to learn more about my car... but just wanted to share one of my pleasant experiences at Bell Audi. I have Audi Care(transferred from previous owner to me) and my car is CPO so they are doing most of the routine maintenance no charge. So about a year ago I was swapping my winter wheels for my summer set and the widow maker slid out and the car landed on the front tire crushing the fender and front bumper. Went through insurance and called Bell Audi to see who does their body work. I obviously didn't go through the dealer because they would of charged me an arm and a leg so I went to their body shop directly. Got a new bumper/repainted it and everything went smoothly. Fast forward to yesterday and I noticed that where the fog light grill meets the bumper (2012 a4 s-line) paint is flaking off. I decided to call Bell Audi first to see if this has been an reoccurring issue or a recent decline in quality over the past year or so. I spoke to Carl their service director and he said that they're very good at what they do and to bring the car over so he could take a look at it and for me to a get another professional opinion. Keep in mind I did not go through Bell Audi the first time but went to their body shop directly... So drove over today and he agreed that 100% it was either a prepping problem/or lack of overspray in those small corners of the fog lights. I said thank you and I'll give them a call when I get home to see if they honor their warrant. To my pleasant surprise he said to step into his office and he will call them directly and fix the problem free of charge. The subject came up for a loaner since I needed a vehicle to drive to/from work. He said that the loaner would be on the house and to show up on the date of appointment and I can have the loaner to use. I was blown away with the service I received and the extent at which Carl corrected the situation and even gave me a free loaner. I always hear of horror stories on the forums and very few positive experiences so I thought I would share.
