    Hey Everyone,

I normally do not post here often, normally just a browser and to learn more about my car... but just wanted to share one of my pleasant experiences at Bell Audi. I have Audi Care(transferred from previous owner to me) and my car is CPO so they are doing most of the routine maintenance no charge. So about a year ago I was swapping my winter wheels for my summer set and the widow maker slid out and the car landed on the front tire crushing the fender and front bumper. Went through insurance and called Bell Audi to see who does their body work. I obviously didn't go through the dealer because they would of charged me an arm and a leg so I went to their body shop directly. Got a new bumper/repainted it and everything went smoothly. Fast forward to yesterday and I noticed that where the fog light grill meets the bumper (2012 a4 s-line) paint is flaking off. I decided to call Bell Audi first to see if this has been an reoccurring issue or a recent decline in quality over the past year or so. I spoke to Carl their service director and he said that they're very good at what they do and to bring the car over so he could take a look at it and for me to a get another professional opinion. Keep in mind I did not go through Bell Audi the first time but went to their body shop directly... So drove over today and he agreed that 100% it was either a prepping problem/or lack of overspray in those small corners of the fog lights. I said thank you and I'll give them a call when I get home to see if they honor their warrant. To my pleasant surprise he said to step into his office and he will call them directly and fix the problem free of charge. The subject came up for a loaner since I needed a vehicle to drive to/from work. He said that the loaner would be on the house and to show up on the date of appointment and I can have the loaner to use. I was blown away with the service I received and the extent at which Carl corrected the situation and even gave me a free loaner. I always hear of horror stories on the forums and very few positive experiences so I thought I would share.

+1 for Bell. Got three of my cars there and receive fantastic service. Top notch dealer. Not a single dealer I've visited can beat them.

Same great experience with Bell Audi. Didn't purchase from them but had my regular maintenance done with them. One day, My 2011 A4 went on limp mode two months after my warranty expired. Had my car towed there that night and left it there. Following morning I came back first thing the following day and they started evaluating for the issue. They said it might be a few hours and offered to provide me a loaner. They gave me a call an hour or so after and said it was a bad coil and they said they "took care of it". They replaced it for free and gave me a loaner.

    Top notch.

I agree. With Bell's service. Bought my 2013 A4 from flemington Audi due to a company purchase program but have used Bell for all my service needs. Had a minor issue with 1 service, simple mistake bit have had nothing but great experiences with them otherwise. I have more mods the i can count and have never had an issue with them. I also have Audi Care and use them for all my regular scheduled maintenance as well as odds and ends. Always polite, professional and easy to work with. Will continue to use them as long as I own this car and/or any future Audi purchases.

for Bell. Bought my 2003 A4 from them when they were a teeny tiny showroom in Rahway. Have received solid service from them every since.

I had a good experience with them last month-they made a mistake in doing an oil change which resulted in my losing the belly pan on the road, but Carl, the Service manager made good on it and installed a new one, without charge, while i waited, even though he said he thought there had been some sort of intervening hit. Could not have been straighter. That part, had i had to buy it, is something like a crazy $250 plus hardware plus labor. Everyone makes mistakes, even the best, and my issue comes with those who duck responsibility (or those who do it disastrously or too often, of course) They did what was right.
