Lightbulb Strange steering noise on S3, help needed!

I have posted in a few different places but i have been given different suggestions in every place i believe.

Managed to make a better movie clip of the sound yesterday while i was out driving around a parking lot in circles, hopefully this is good enough to be able to figure it out for someone here. Someone might had the exact same issue and know what it is?

A short clip describing the sound can be found in the link here.
    https://youtu.be/TMzmIvEdFsE

    • It does not sound when going reverse, completely silent.
    • It is a bit worse when turning right instead of turning left.
    • The sound is coming from the left side when turning right and the opposite when turning left.
    • Both upper shock/strut mounts is replaced with very minor improvements as a result.

There is a few things i can think of but i'm not sure at all.

Bushings? Steering rack? CV Joints? The last tip i got yesterday was from a guy claiming to have the same noise on his A6 and he was sure that it was the CV joints causing this noise but i wanted to check here as well.

I would really appreciate some help on this guys. Anyone had the same or similar issues?

Did you just lower it? If so you might want to check the top hats or grease the perches.

Lowered mine on H&R coils and I had a thunking sound whenever I turned the wheels. My brother and I greased the perches. And the thunking decreased a lot.
