A8 fsi quattro model will be recalled because of turning off engine while driving.
Coolant leaking from valve to ECU connector is main reason

I took my 2012 A8L in for the recall letter I received from AudiUSA 3 weeks ago. They called me 2 days after I took it in and said the coolant leak was pretty bad. He told me they had to type up a written statement and take detailed photos and contact corporate. Tomorrow it will be 3 weeks officially and I have not received 1 single call or follow up since. They did put me in a 2016 A7 so that's been pretty fun to drive but I miss my car.

My question is does this issue affect anything else in the engine? ... I feel like even with the replacement of the engine wiring harness and ECM there can be other issues that they aren't addressing. I swear I wanna just sell my car when I get it back smh
